I am a friend of Deb Maske who you went to high school with. I have enjoyed all of your posts but this one really touched my heart❤️ I can’t wait to see pictures of Bolt home with you. Good for you for what you did for that cat!!

Thanks, Laurie. Writing about it touched my heart, too. I don’t recall the name Deb Maske. But then, I’m 60 and my memory is fading.

Thanks, Desiree. I often make women cry. But it’s usually after they meet me. It’s nice to know my writing affects them, too. The best writing comes from the heart and Bolt has definitely touched mine. It will be a few months before he gains enough strength to travel. I am waiting patiently. In the meantime, I’ve posted some updates on my Facebook page. Check them out. The pictures are more heartwarming than my words.
